We aim to deliver all orders within 3–5 working days after processing, which typically occurs within 1 working day of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

If you receive sneakers that are damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue in your email to imkicksa@outlook.com. We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We do offer refunds for sneakers that are returned in their original, unused condition. However, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to return a pair, please initiate the refund process within 7 days of receiving your order.
